Mentorship

In an environment of limited skilled resources in the engineering sector; MPA has opted to develop excellence internally and through a mentorship programme that has been developed to accelerate empowerment as far as possible.  MPA believes that a legacy should be created out of the current opportunities in the marketplace.  A varied band of ages are evident within the organisation and this is purely to assist on the mentorship side to ensure that standards are not compromised.
